How to tackle and overcome your depression your Monday blues and stress

“That's the thing about depression: A human being can survive almost anything, as long as they see the end in sight. But depression is so insidious, and it compounds daily, that it's impossible to ever see the end.” Depression drains your energy, hope, and drive, making it difficult to do what you need to feel better. Recovering from depression requires action, but taking action when you are depressed is hard. In fact, just thinking about the things you should do to feel better, like going for a walk or spending time with friends, can be exhausting. Depression kills. It literally kills. One by one, the depression symptoms might be irritating you via its frequency and intensity. If the latter two are high, your behavior may turn violent or your thinking pattern might include suicidal thoughts. No just, wait! Why suicide and prove yourself the most coward person on Earth? Are you a coward? I guess, No! Every person feels depressed in day-to-day life in adverse and troublesome conditions. Whenever you are depressed, wait for the moment that the depression goes. Nothing lasts forever; the depression will go. In addition, when it leaves you, wait — be aware and alert — because after the depression, after the night, there will be a dawn and the sun will rise.

“Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them — every day begin the task anew.” is basic formula to overcome depression.
Treat yourself! Enjoy the food you love! This goes along with your holistic and natural way of boosting your mood. Eating your favorite food is not only good for you but it will make you feel better too.
Go outside! Enjoy yourself.  Start with something simple. The first step is to go on a walk. Just going outside and getting out of your room changes things.


Do your favorite stuff! If you like, driving then go and drive, if you like cooking go do cooking. If you are party animal, then go and party.
Sleep! Depression can make it hard to get enough shuteye, and too little sleep can make depression worse.
Music! Listen your favorite music. Make a playlist and blast it on full volume. You may only want to listen to sad tunes, but that is not helpful. Music is one of the best ways to access your emotions and feelings.
Make yourself busy! Make your timetable for 1 week and follow it regularly.
Go and do gyming. Blast your frustration in gym. Do Workout that much you can, after 2-3 days you feel better.
Yoga- Go to park early in the morning do some walk and then yoga. You feel positive and better.
Go and play your favorite sport. Make yourself busy with your favorite in games. You feel relaxed.
Read novels that motivate you and write something about your thoughts. It helps you to overcome your inner depression.
Talk to your friends, go movie with them and talk on phone. Shopping is the best way to overcome and make you happy.
    12. Stream popular TV shows online. Your favorite shows not sad ones. Only funny  and comedy ones.
    13. Fond memories can help you overcome depression. See your old pictures with your family, friends and relatives.


14. Stop negative self-talk. This means challenging your thought patterns. Acknowledge the fact that you have them, but do not lend them too much weight.
15. Spend some time playing with a children. Go to park and enjoy with kids.
16. Buy yourself a gift.    
17. Treat yourself by wearing your favorite clothes. For women’s, they can do makeup and for men’s suit up with your favorite tie or shoes.

Now, these are simple tips to overcome depression. However, you have to face it. Find the cause of depression and face it. Tackle it with your efforts to improve your strengths. By doing this you feel better. At least you face it and overcome this with your efforts. To overcome depression, you only require to resolute strongly and make a firm determination to come out of it in its budding stage. The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths. These persons have an appreciation, sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen. So, take challenges and overcome your depression.
