How to decrease the effect of smoking

Someone once famously said, “If you can teach a person to quit smoking, you can teach him anything”.
Smokers, if you are wondering whether your body can recover from the damage by cigarettes, then the answer is big yes, it can! The healing process starts just 20 minutes after your last cigarette, and continues for another 20 years. So, if you have not quit yet, do it!
Knowing about long-term risks though may not be enough to nudge you to quit, nobody really believes they can contract lung cancer until they actually do. Sorry, but admit it: this particular warning never taken seriously by anyone who smokes. However, it is not just the end that smoking is affecting you. It is doing terrible things to you every day – things you actually care about. Yes, I am serious about this. Quitting is important not only for yourself but also for the people around you. 
Ways to normal your skin, your body and you!

1. Exercise enough: Do jogging with first ray of sunlight in the morning. This makes your skin health and glowing. Experts say ten minutes of cycling or jogging can significantly help people quit smoking. There are of course many other benefits from a more active lifestyle including better fitness, weight loss and improved mood.

2. Lemon Honey Lip Serum

7. Use potato as massager for your face. Take half potato and gently massage it on your whole face for 10 minutes. Then you wash your face with water. You see the change.
