RESPECT

1. Respect means having no judgments, criticism, blaming and controlling others. Acceptance irrespective of what the other individual says or does.

2. Respect and expectations are deeply connected. When we expect something from others and make our happiness dependent on it, then when the expectation is not met,the respect vanishes from that relationship.

3. Everyone wants to be the way they are, and not what others expect from them, so let’s stop trying to control others. When we don’t expect anything from others, our care becomes constant, otherwise care gets replaced by hurt.

4. By expecting higher achievements from others and not pressurizing them for the results that are expected, is a way of empowering others.

5. Try for just 1 day, not to be judgmental about people, try to separate the person from their actions and you’ll experience respect in relationships.
