1. Our thoughts and feelings, are a complete packet of our energy called vibrations. Our vibrations reach others before our words and actions.

2. Our thoughts give rise to our feelings. So if we are not feeling nice, just need to check what have we been thinking. Gently change the thinking,the feelings will change.

3. When feeling low, do not try to escape from it by distracting your mind towards shopping, television, holiday or addictions. If we try to run away from it, the mind will not feel the pain, but the pain is still there, and as time passes the pain only gets deeper. Face the emotion, address the issue and heal the pain.

4. Our emotions are not our identity, for eg we say - I am aggressive, I am a worrier. Emotions are only our creations and we have full choice to change them.

5. Comparison with others becomes a reason for feeling low. We then try to become like them, which is not possible and then get frustrated. We are unique,we should accept ourselves.
