Baddha Konasana Yoga is one of the hatha yoga exercise. This hatha yoga exercise is very beneficial and very easy to do. This asana is also called as Bound Angle Pose. This hatha yoga asana is relatively easy to practice and can be mastered within few days.


  • Sit with straight legs in front of you.

  • Raise your pelvis with a block of blanket if you feel your hips tight.

  • Slowly bend your knees and start pulling your feet towards as close to your pelvis as possible but not too deep inside.

  • Make sure that your soles are touching each other .
